This week has been all about under the floors. I have been trying to get the hall and dining room finished before the floors are sanded. The dining room is in two halves soidid the first and then ran out of pond netting. Then I did some Internet surfing. A good way to loose time and money. However,I found out that Screwfix does a reflective breather membrane that will do the strawberry netting job and more without snagging one and all the tools I have down with me. So I ordered some and picked it up on Monday. The second half of the dining room waste really straight forward, so I redid the first half too.
I then went on to go under the hall floor. First a new hatch was cut then I took out loads of copper pipe then I tried to get under the floor but couldn't because it is too shallow a space. I was gutted. I have managed everywhere else but despite my best efforts I could only do a couple of meters. So I will close up the hall and accept my limitations:(
