We also popped up to the allotment yesterday to try and finish off the shed base. While there we picked a few blackcurrants and gooseberries -the first crops not bad for four months in. We also collected some elderflowers to make batch two of the elderflower fizz.
Saturday was a cloudy but dry day so we got the trailer tent reproofed. It took four of us 3 -4 hours to do, but once done had over 24 hours of dry weather to cure so hopefully we should be OK. It is going to rain today so I'll be able to check.
Saturday also saw our greenhouse dismantled. It wasn't a difficult job, the emptying of it and reallocation of plants was more tricky and we now have plants all over and have given many away. So the greenhouse is packaged and waiting for uplift and we have a big space!
And finally, my daughter finished primary school on Friday so we went out for dinner. The discussion turned to our website and my husband is looking at a transport page - most of our CO2 comes from our transport - and my daughter is going to look into writing a teen blog. So watch this space.
I have added this month's solar PV production figures, down on last month but this month has been less sunny. However, production is closer to equal between the two systems.
