Other than battling with the snow this week, we have generated 50 kWh of electricity which is exciting if not a huge amount.
With all the snow now covering our veg beds and the chickens too busy keeping warm and moulting - I ask you in this weather - we have started buying in veg again. We can be self sufficient in meat. Even our lifted potatoes are under so much snow we can't get at them and as for digging up artichokes.......
