This is a really easy thing to do and tastes so much better than shop bought bases.
450g strong bread/pizza flour
2 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
250ml warm water
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand or mixer until a pliable dough.
Leave to rise in a warm place till doubled in size.
Cut into two equal size pieces.
Roll out to fit oiled pizza trays.
Leave to rise for 15-30mins
Add toppings
Place in oven at 200C for 15- 20 mins till top golden brown.
