Smoked mackerel pate
200-300g smoked mackerel or other smoked/cooked fish
200g extra light cream cheese
1-2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
Blitz all ingredients together in a hand blender.
Chill then serve with toast or biscuits.
Will last 24hrs in fridge.
