2021.08 Three Lochs Holiday
We took the camper to Aberfeldy Caravan site for three nights. The weather was glorious, low 20s day time temperatures largely clear skies and little wind.
The caravan site is on the banks of the Tay, you are given your pitch on arrival, nicely taking the stress out of driving round and round looking for a pitch. The loo block is big and clean. Showers hot, push button type, also a pitch for anyone with disabilities beside the loo block and a loo for people with disabilities.
After parking and taking the canoe trailer off. We walked into Aberfeldy, the caravan site is on the edge of the town. There are lots of independent retailers selling food, coffee, pet food etc. A fair few pubs, restaurants and hotels. It also has a Co-op attached to the Jet filling station in the centre of the town. We returned to the van to cook dinner.
Second morning we walked back into Aberfeldy after breakfast, bought bread and coffee before packing and hitching up and heading to Loch Rannoch.
